Roland usually cooks on our channel, while Jamie works behind the scenes filming, editing, and doing everything else. We specialise in Singapore-influenced Chinese cuisine, but we also cook other cuisines at times. Roland was born and raised in Singapore, his ancestors are mostly Chinese, with some Korean ancestry courtesy of his maternal grandpa. He began cooking at the age of seven and has since improved his skills by learning from some of our family members who are professional chefs. When our channel was smaller, we were able to respond to most of your comments, but as our subscriber base has grown, it has become more difficult for us to do so.
