Here you'll find recipes my husband and I have enjoyed, as well as recipes suited to the low-carb Dr Poon Metabolic Diet, which can also be adapted to suit most low-carb, Paleo / Primal type diets. When I started Dr Poon I scoured the internet looking for suitable recipes, so by sharing what I like best I hope to help others just starting out. I lost over 50 pounds in 4 months eating these meals, and 100 pounds in just under 12 months ... I hope you enjoy them.
