Lets face most of us don't have the time, money or drive to try to be the super fit men and women we se on tv and magazines BUT that doesn't mean we can't be fit. Most people have full time jobs, families, school and don't have time to go to the gym, food prep or try to keep up on how many calories we intake with every meal.
