In this video we have cooked a fish on stone. This fry/roast on a rock shows us how our ancestors / indigenous peoples cooked their fish.
Basically it is dangerous to cook on a stone/rock because if there is presence of hidden moisture inside the stone, then there is chances of blast or breaking of stone during heating. The biggest thing to remember is not to choose rocks that have trapped moisture in them.
Cooking on a stone will be fun and it cooks evenly as the rock absorbs the heat
