Easy to make and so tasty, you won't be able to stop at one!INGREDIENTS 200g gorgonzola 100g (0.8 cup) flour 7g of dry yeast dissolved in 50ml of warm milk 20ml (1 1/2 tbsp) milk 500ml frying oil   METHOD Knead the cheese and soften it, add flour and yeast, mix everything, then add more milk and mix until a fine sticky consistency of the dough. Heat the oil, then shape the fritters with tsp and place to bake.
