In this video, we make doughnuts with grape fruit yeast water. It took us many tries and modifications to get this recipe just right. It was surprisingly trickier than we thought. However, the resulting doughnuts are very much worth it. They are deliciously soft and fluffy. Already great to eat even without glaze, but we decided to top them with purple butterfly pea flower glaze which just made them better! This recipe yields 12 doughnuts in total, but they were gone in a blink of an eye. Enjoy!
