INGREDIENTS  1 cup chia seeds 1 cup flax seeds 1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cup water Oil as needed Salt as needed   METHOD 1. Pour the seeds into a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and oil, and add the water, giving it a good stir. Let it soak for 15 minutes. 2. Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, drizzle with oil, and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes. 3.
