INGREDIENTS 1kg of bell peppers Flour 2 eggs Breadcrumbs Extra virgin olive oil METHOD 1. Arrange the peppers on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 50 minutes. 2. After baking remove the skin from the peppers and let them try on a cloth. 3. Pass the peppers first to the flour, then to the eggs, and then to the breadcrumbs. 4. Pour olive oil into the pan and place the peppers. Fry them on both sides until they are golden brown. 5.
