Divide the batter into 3 bowls, 1 for the each different meat finger. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1. Curry Chicken Finger You'll Need: - 4 oz chicken breast - 4 mango slices - 1 red chili pepper, sliced - 3 cilantro sprigs - salt & pepper - flour - garam masala + turmeric for the batter Here's How: Place the chicken breast between 2 layers of plastic wrap and beat with a meat tenderizer. Remove the upper layer of plastic wrap, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, and insert a wooden skewer into the left side of the meat. Place the mango slices, thinly sliced chili pepper, and sprigs of cilantro on the chicken breast and roll it up snugly around the wooden skewer. Wrap the stuffed chicken breast several times over in plastic wrap and freeze for 1½ hours. Heat a pot filled with cooking oil to 300°F. Add 2 teaspoons of garam masala and 1 teaspoon of turmeric to one of the bowls of beer batter and mix thoroughly. Take the stuffed chicken skewer out of the freezer, coat it in flour, and dredge it in seasoned beer batter. Fry the curry chicken finger in hot cooking oil for 6–7 minutes until golden brown. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 2. Italian Pork Finger You'll Need: - 4 oz pork chop - 2 tbsp pizza sauce - shredded mozzarella - pepperoni slices - salt & pepper - flour - Italian seasoning + grated parmesan for the batter Here's How: Place the pork chop between 2 layers of plastic wrap and beat with a meat tenderizer. Remove the upper layer of plastic wrap, season the pork chop with salt & pepper, and insert a wooden skewer into the left side of the meat. Spread pizza sauce over the pork chop, sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the pizza sauce, top with some pepperoni slices, and roll everything up snugly around the wooden skewer. Wrap the stuffed pork chop several times over in plastic wrap and freeze for 1½ hours. Heat a pot filled with cooking oil to 300°F. Add 2 teaspoons of grated parmesan and 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning to 1 of the bowls of beer batter and mix thoroughly. Take the stuffed pork chop skewer out of the freezer, coat it in flour, and dredge it in seasoned beer batter. Fry the Italian pork finger in hot cooking oil for 6–7 minutes until golden brown. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 3. Philly Cheesesteak Finger You'll Need: - 4 oz steak - 2 provolone slices - ¼ green bell pepper, sliced - 1 tbsp crispy fried onions - salt & pepper - flour - onion powder + paprika for the batter Here's How: Place the steak between 2 layers of plastic wrap and beat with a meat tenderizer. Remove the upper layer of plastic wrap, season the steak with salt & pepper, and insert a wooden skewer into the left side of the meat. Place the provolone slices, bell pepper strips, and crispy fried onions on the steak, then roll it up snugly around the wooden skewer. Wrap the stuffed steak several times over in plastic wrap and freeze for 1½ hours. Heat a pot filled with cooking oil to 300°F. Add 2 teaspoons of onion powder and 1 teaspoon of paprika to one of the bowls of beer batter and stir thoroughly. Take the stuffed steak skewer out of the freezer, coat it flour, and dredge it in seasoned beer batter.
