Here's a quick and delicious recipe for your dinner INGREDIENTS Bread 2 eggs  Basil pesto 40ml of vinegar (2 tsp) Salt to taste Pepper to taste   METHOD 1. Toast the bread and add a generous spread of basil pesto. 2. Break the egg into a strainer. Let some egg whites drop.  3. Simmer the water and add vinegar. Turn slowly once or twice, you shouldn't create a strong vortex. 4. Gently pour the egg directly from the strainer. 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes then gently pull the egg out and let it dry for a few seconds on the absorbent paper.  6. Put the egg on the bread and season it with salt and pepper.
