Easy homemade pink marshmallows: how to make them beautiful and super soft!

INGREDIENTS 30g gelatin 120ml (1/2 cup) cold water  250g (1 1/4 cup) sugar 100ml (2/5 cup) water 20ml lemon juice    Powdered sugar Cornstarch Vegetable oil METHOD Mix the gelatin with water and let it set. Pour the sugar into a pot, add water, and lemon juice, mix, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the hydrated gelatin to the pot, and mix until melted. Beat until thick (about 7 minutes). Grease a silicone mold and pour in half of the mixture. Add red food coloring to the other half, mix and pour on top of the white mixture. Wait until set. Mix powdered sugar with baking powder and sprinkle over the marshmallow.
