INGREDIENTS 400g (4 cups) biscuits; 50g (0.2 cup) melted butter; 225g (1 cup) cream cheese; 120g (1 cup) powdered sugar; 600ml (2.5 cups) whipped cream; 90g (0.7 cup) chocolate pudding powder; 30g (2 tbsp) sugar; 600ml (2.5 cups) milk. METHOD Crumble the biscuits, separate a few tablespoons of biscuits to sprinkle the cake, and add melted butter to the rest and press into the bottom of a mold. Leave in the fridge while you prepare the first cream. Whip the cream cheese, add powdered sugar and 250 ml of whipped cream. Spread the cream over the biscuits. Prepare a chocolate pudding. When the pudding has cooled, add over the first layer of cream. To make the pudding as creamy as possible, you can whip it with 50 g of softened butter. Whip the whipped cream and spread it over the pudding.
