Bread Slices -4 2 . Boiled Potato – 300 gms 3. Onion finely chopped -2 tbsp 4. Finely chopped green chili -2 5. chopped coriander – 2 tbsp 6. Red chili powder – ½ tsp, black pepper powder – ½ tsp 7. garam masala powder -1/2 tsp, dry mango powder- ¼ tsp (amchur) 8. Tomato ketchup -2 tbsp, better -1 tbsp, & salt to taste Method 1. Boiled potatoes mash them properly, add onion, green chili, coriander, garam masala , red chilli powder, black pepper powder , salt to taste, mix & combine them well. 2. Spread tomato ketchup on bread slice. 3. Add 2 tbsp of tomato – mix & spread it, as shown. 4. Sprinkle little mango powder, spread some tomato ketchup on another bread slice too, and close it, as shown. 5. Heat up little butter on a pan. 6. Place raw sandwiches & fry for 2 mints, on low flame, spread little butter. 7. Flip other side & toast for another 2 mints 8. Remove from pan once both sides toasted well. 9.
