Honey fritters: perfect for a very light breakfast!

Super fluffy and delicious, here's a method to try!INGREDIENTS 250g (2 cups) flour 00; 250g (1.5 cups) semolina; 10g (1 tbsp) vanillina (optional); 10g (1 tbsp) yeast; 6g (1 tsp) salt; 10g (1 tbsp) sugar; 500-550ml of warm water; 10g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar; Olive oil for coating pan;   Honey for decorating.   METHOD In a large bowl, pour flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder, yeast, salt, vanilla sugar and finally warm water. Mix the ingredients, then blend with a stick mixer. Cover the dish with cling film and leave for 1 hour. You will get a fine thick mixture for fritters. Heat a small pan, 14 cm in diameter, coated with olive oil. Pour part of the mixture into a small pan and bake until bubbles begin to form, 1 min. or less, then transfer the fritters to a large pan to bake and the other side, repeat the process until you have used up all the mixture.
